She began her career working in the emergency department as a registered nurse and transitioned to serving U.S. military veterans in outpatient medical specialty clinics with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs healthcare system supporting multidisciplinary teams. Jessica has experience delivering chronic wound care in the mobile setting to promote healing, comfort and improving overall quality of life.

Dr. Amy Gutman is a board-certified Emergency Physician with over 35 years of experience caring for patients in their most critical moments. As Medical Director of the De La Vina Medical Group, she is dedicated to long-term healing, bringing both deep clinical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to help restore health and quality of life.
