What types of wounds do you treat?
We treat a wide range of chronic, non-healing wounds that have persisted longer than 30 days, including:
• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Pressure ulcers (bedsores)
• Venous stasis ulcers
• Arterial ulcers
• Surgical wounds with delayed healing
• Traumatic wounds and skin tears

Do I need a referral to receive wound care services?
No referral is required. However, we are happy to coordinate with your primary care provider or specialist to ensure continuity of care.

Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. We primarily serve Medicare patients, and most of our services are covered under traditional Medicare Part B. We’ll verify your benefits before your first visit, and ensure we are able to provide you with the most advanced wound care solutions for your specific need.

Where do you provide care?
We are a mobile wound care provider—which means we come to you. We see patients at:
• Private residences
• Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
• Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
Group homes
• Adult family care/ group homes
• primary care and specialist offices
We currently serve Seminole County, Orange County, and the greater Orlando area.

Who will be providing my care?
Your care will be delivered by Florida-licensed, board-certified Nurse Practitioners with backgrounds in emergency medicine, family practice, and chronic care management. All of our providers live, and work locally in central Florida, we know the area, we know the people, and we know the resources you will need to have successful resolution. Our Medical Director has over 25 years of clinical experience and oversees all care protocols, including advanced wound therapies.

Will I have any out-of-pocket costs for chronic wound care services?
In most cases, no. We work primarily with Medicare and secondary insurances, and any remaining costs not covered by your insurance are typically absorbed by our practice. Our priority is your healing—not adding financial stress. We believe that reducing barriers to care supports better outcomes, and we are committed to making treatment as accessible and worry-free as possible.
